• All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
• Shipping rates vary depending on the destination country. The cost will be displayed during checkout once your products and address have been entered.
• Estimated delivery times: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Daily Cut-off Time

If you place an order before the cut-off time of 12pm (AEST), it will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays.

Please note: The estimated shipping times are provided as a guide, and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee delivery within these exact time frames. 

All orders that fall below the free shipping threshold will incur shipping charges based on the total weight of the order. The full shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once your country and address have been entered.

Taxes and Duties for International Orders:

Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Parcels

• Once your purchase has been lodged with the eligible shipping carrier, Lash Jungle is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen parcels. For any problems or inquiries, contact DHL Express customer service for faster and more precise assistance.
